greek kabobs/rice
soy ginger chicken
chili-lime chicken/potatoes

Heidi, I am interested in your chili-lime chicken. Tell me more.

The recipe I found just combines room temp butter, chili powder and lime juice and zest. Then you slather it under the skin of the chicken thighs and legs.
I'll post a picture after I make it this week.
