Ahhh, the prairie of southwestern Minnesota and deer hunting '09!
The days were filled with walkin' the field
following our hunters
with kids in tow
two days is not enough
but those days were filled with much fun
learning to bake Grandma Marian's Apple Pie
even the little ones
spending time with the ladies(it looked like Ann was going to clock my mom over the head with her rolling pin, and smiling so joyfully while doing it!)
feeding the hungry hunters and getting some new recipes
playing with cousins
a round of football
and bagging the buck that would not die! (finally did after about 8 shots in 2 days!)

Actually, the guy next to Jason is a friend of the family from the cities. I think Graham was taking a nap during this shot, because I don't see him.
