It's cold and rainy. Definitely fall-ish. I love the change of seasons and the recipes that change with them. More soups and stews and hearty dishes are on their way.

How do you do your roasted chicken tostadas?
Does that mean everything is on top of a shell and just heated up and then add your toppings?
